USAGE & CREDITS
Keep teaching with credit packs after your included balance is used. Credits cover authorized metered capabilities; buying a pack does not unlock features.
Students watch the teacher in HD; the teacher watches students in SD. Students subscribe to each other’s audio. Recording uses five HD input streams.

Uses the selected pack rate before included credits. Excludes subscription, storage, playback traffic, AI and other usage. This is not a final bill.Credits per subscribed stream per minute. Actual usage depends on subscriptions, duration, resolution and region, not participant count alone.
Recording, conversion, storage, CDN, messaging and AI also consume credits at the applicable pricing-version rates.

GOOD TO KNOW
In the reference catalog, Basic, Professional and Enterprise annual fees equal 10 monthly payments, saving approximately 16.7% versus 12 monthly payments. The annual fee is paid upfront; included credits are issued monthly and do not roll over. Developer includes a one-time 3,000-credit trial grant.
The subscription covers feature access, quotas and service levels. Audio/video, recording, conversion, storage, traffic and AI usage consume credits. Monthly included credits are used first, then promotional and paid credits according to their rules. AI is not unlimited; add-ons and custom services are billed separately.
Each platform uses one SDK package with server-controlled permissions. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference and extra included credits prorated over the remaining period. Purchased credits stay unchanged. Downgrades normally take effect next period. Active classes generally retain their entry-time permissions.
Monthly included credits expire at the end of the period and cannot repay past debt. Purchased packs are valid for 12 months by default and are not cleared on subscription renewal. Used pack credits are non-refundable; other refund and invoicing terms follow your contract.
An established classroom audio/video connection is not disconnected solely because the balance turns negative. Alerts and limited plan-based grace or enterprise credit apply, while new consumption is restricted. Grace is bounded by credits, time and maximum class duration; security, abuse and compliance exceptions apply.
A 7-day read-only renewal grace period follows expiry. New production classes are blocked, while billing, top-ups and data exports remain available. Historical data follows your plan’s retention period and contract.
